It’ll be here before you know it!  All the fun activities and great food will be aplenty!  So make your calendar for:

Sunday, October 27th from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm at the Parish Center.

To help make this event successful~ WE need your help!

  1. VOLUNTEERS:  Volunteer Boards are at the doors for you to sign up.
  2. BAKED GOODS FOR OUR DESSERT TABLE:  calling all Ben &/or Betty Crockers to step for- ward and make us your home-made specialty:  pies, cookies, brownies, tarts!  *We would like all dessert items to please be dropped off on either Saturday, 10/26 between 9 am- 11 am or on Sunday, 10/27 from 9- 10:30 am at the Parish Center.  
  1. RAFFLE GIFT CARD DONATIONS: We are looking for donations of gift cards for our raffle. Our Raffle Coordinators are:   Ellen McManus at 672-3799 or Linda McManus at 488-5988.
  2. SCARECROW COMPETITION: Take a frame home to decorate for the competition!

 

Special Note about our raffle this year:  We don’t want to compete with the beautiful NCYC baskets and because the event is inside the Parish Center, we are looking for donations of gift cards/certificates ONLY. They could be to restaurants, hotels, golf, retail stores, etc.  If you would like to donate a gift certificate please feel free to drop it off at the parish office or contact our raffle coordinators.

 

SPECIAL NOTE:  If you’d like to make up a raffle basket to donate, our NCYC youth would love it!
Of course we plan to have all of the fun things, games & good foods that we have had in the past: 

Costume parade after 10:30am Mass. We invite all of our children or any of our adult children that would like to dress up & participate in our Halloween Costume Parade.  We just would like to offer a gentle reminder that this is a parishioner~family event with all ages.  We ask that all costumes be appropriate and not too scary or frightening.

Food Coordinators: Julie & Bob Brissette  315-416-6856 ~  Mac n Cheese, root beer floats, desserts, hot dogs and much, much more!

 

FREE ADMISSION TO THE EVENT: all items/activities/games can be purchased with tickets.  Ticket Prices:  All tickets will be $.50
