To sign-up please come to the Parish Office Monday between 5:30 & 6:30pm or Wednesday between 1:00 & 3:00pm.

Please Provide the following:

A photo ID & a printed proof of address with your name on it for everyone in the household. Ex: Phone bill, electric bill, etc.
