On the weekend of Dec. 9th & 10th, Nancy Light, one of our parishioners and the Executive Director of Francis House will be here to share with us all the great works they do.
What is Francis House?? Francis House is a private home located in Syracuse. Founded by the Sisters of St. Francis, our mission is to provide a home and extended family to persons with terminal illnesses where they may die with dignity and experience the unconditional love of God. Francis House has two homes, side by side, with 8 private bedrooms in each house.
We welcome people of all ages. Since opening our doors in 1991, we have cared for over 2,900 people from Syracuse and the surrounding area. We look to the community at large to support our efforts.
